RETURNS · To return this item, buyer must obtain an RMA # within 7 Days of receipt of this item. · RMA# stands for RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION number · You will need to contact us via email or by Phone to get an RMA# · All Returns must have a valid RMA# · Packages without a RMA# will be refused · A 20% restocking FEE on Non-DEFECTIVE Returns · Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all Returned Items Returns or Refunds If our ebay auction purchase is eligible for a return or refund, We shall follow the return or refund policies listed in the applicable auction or listing. Shipping charges are never refundable. You (the Customer) are solely responsible for shipping charges on any returns. Notice of wrong, missing items, freight claims or other issues must be reported via email or phone within 48 hours of your receipt of the item. If you fail to do so, we may refuse to issue a RMA#. If you do return an item and we determine that it is not defective or that is was accurately described in the listing, we will charge you a 20% restocking Fee.
